Like every year, we offer you a retrospective of the last 12 months, and share with you our ambitions for the coming year.

More fear than harm.

As an e-merchant we measure how lucky we are .
Our online store remained open and our logistics partner managed to maintain its quality of service.

While our sales activity was not directly impacted, our production activity suffered from this crisis.
Very early, in Italy, the manufacture of our soles was interrupted, and the tannery from which we obtain our supplies was forced to close its doors for several weeks.

This year has been difficult for everyone, but we still had some great victories to celebrate.

In April, we unveiled new, more demanding specifications , deployed to further improve the quality of our products. In the process, the partnership with our new factory was formalized, as well as a change of logistics partner . Today, we are fully happy with these strong choices which have enabled a real improvement in the overall customer experience.

2020 also saw our offer grow over the months (even if the context delayed the release of some products).
With variations of B0, the arrival of the B1 range and the release of a women's collection, more than 16 new models were presented to you.

But our greatest victory is your loyalty.
Thanks to you, we have sold 2.5 times more pairs this year than in 2019.
Thank you for this trust , which gives us the energy to continue to grow alongside you in 2021.

Whatever 2021 has in store for us, we have some nice things in store for you...

New design, new product line

At the start of the year, we redesigned our product release strategy to offer you even more choice. To support this ambition, we are announcing two big news:

1. The release of new designs: A B2, a B3 and a B4 will see the light of day this year, with a first launch in March.
   
   
2. The arrival of a new product line , more exclusive, in controlled quantities. Variations of existing products with more committed sets of materials and colors.

We also give you an appointment at the end of the month, to discover the first two models that integrate this new line...

While our sales activity was not directly impacted, our production activity suffered from this crisis.
Very early, in Italy, the manufacture of our soles was interrupted, and the tannery from which we obtain our supplies was forced to close its doors for several weeks.

In Portugal, the factory has been idling , initially to adapt to the health context (organize production with social distancing, equip themselves with masks, hydroalcoholic gel, etc.).

Then in a second time because of the relief of its order book, a direct consequence of the closure of physical stores throughout Europe.

Despite these difficulties, and thanks to the aid deployed by the states, all the jobs have been preserved. Today, production activity has returned to cruising speed , and everything is (almost) back to normal.

This year more than ever, this fight is important, and we want to affirm our commitment by carrying out substantive projects.

We won't tell you more, but we can already tell you that a greater proportion of recycled materials will be used in our products.
